Worthing Schools Cross Country 2024

It was a very soggy start to the morning when we all arrived at The Gallops for the Key Stage 2 Worthing Schools Cross Country Event on Saturday. However, the rain did not stop us and everyone dug deep and demonstrated lots of resilience, still keen to race! Thankfully, not long after the races began the skies cleared and the sun began to shine.  It was a fantastic morning of racing with every member of the Bramber team taking part with determination, team spirit and enjoyment.  As last year, we were very successful too.  Ada won the Year 3 girls' race and Harrison won the Year 4 boys' race.  Our Year 3 girls and  our Year 4, 5 and 6 boys teams won the small school team trophies.  What a wonderful sense of achievement. Congratulations to you all!  Thank you to everyone who represented Bramber and to all the staff, parents and carers who supported the team in training beforehand and cheered the children along during the event.
