We'll Meet Again

Our Year 6 children will be learning about the Second World War 1939-1945 for the first half term. Experiencing what life was like for a child in the war and learning about rationing, make do and mend, war tactics and the sacrifices that were made by their ancestors.

Back in Time for Tea

Then they will be focusing on each decade after the end of the war, travelling through the 50's, 60's 70's 80's and 90's until they finish in style with a Millennium party to celebrate New Years Eve 1999 and the start of the 2000's.
