Year 5 to Year 6 Transition
Please see below the transition project for year 5 children to complete for their Year 6 teachers!
Children who are attending the field meetings will be meeting their Year 6 teacher after school WB 6th July (teachers will email you with timings). Please bring your artwork and letter to the meeting.
Children who are using Microsoft Teams will have a Teams meeting with their Year 6 teacher after school WB 6th July (teachers will email you with timings). Please have your artwork ready for the meeting. You can email your letters and art too.
All children will receive a PowerPoint from their Year 6 teacher WB 29th June
All parents and children will know who their new teacher is WB 29th June
Children who are at home and not attending Teams or the field will still have phone calls in the weeks between the other meetings. These children can still complete the art and letter but can email them to their Year 5 or 6 teacher.
