Week 3
Chaffinch class have had another great week of learning!
In English we have been learning about nouns, adjectives and noun phrases. The have been writing some fantastic noun phrases based on an Autumn scene.
In Science we have been discussing what plants need to grow and be healthy and this week we planted our own Hyacinth bulbs to observe over time.

In RSHE we have been talking about families and discussing how all families are different. We looked at families from around the world and discussed similarities and differences between them and our own families.

In Maths we are continuing to focus on numbers 0-100 and place value. We have been using our Part-Part-Whole model to find the whole number
