Conductor or Insulator?
We have been using circuits to explore which materials are conductors and which materials are insulators. We used wires, a bulb, a battery/cell and lots of different materials to connect to our circuits to see which materials would allow the electricity to pass through, and which materials wouldn't allow the electricity to pass through.
Ancient Egyptians
Seagull Class started their topic learning by exploring how the Ancient Egyptians used to communicate. We learnt about hieroglyphics and used the alphabet that they used to create our own names and made them into cartouches.
