Our Start to Year 3
Week 1
This week we have been finding out about year 3 and working very hard. We all enjoyed drumming and have been learning a harvest song. We read a recipe together and then followed it to make a chocolate cake. It was delicious!
We then spotted that the poem we were reading in class was written in the style of a recipe (The British by Benjamin Zephaniar). We all talked about the poem and shared our ideas and thoughts. It was very interesting.
