Week 3
Despite it being a slightly shorter week, our third week in Year 2 has been very busy!
We had fun with our Stunning Start. We did a scavenger hunt and a colour hunt. We learned a lot about what there is in our Bramber environment and had a great time too!
Half of the class went outside to make dream catchers using sticks and string. We are going to be making dream catchers using wood, saws and glue guns in DT so we spent some time making natural ones first.
The second half of the class will make theirs next week!
Miss O'Hara was busy helping the children make their dream catchers so asked the children to take their own photos... can you tell they had a lot of fun?
Most of the week has been spent outside! Here we are taking our maths learning outside too. We are really good at partitioning numbers using part whole models.
