Week Two
Flying kites
In DT, the children designed their own kites. They then took them outside to see how well they would fly!
English
In English, we talked about the different ways a person might get stuck. The children then wrote some 'top tips' for getting unstuck. Some examples of these are; 'call my Mummy', 'try to jump down' and 'get a ladder.'
Borris the dog
On Thursday, Borris (the school dog) came to visit us. The children enjoyed stroking him and seeing his tricks. See Borris' blog for more of his adventures!
