Week 1:

Maths

In maths this week we started learning about how to find the area of shapes.

Topic

We started with our stunning start for our On The Edge Topic.

Computing

We were learning about what makes a good website by having a look on San Diego Zoo.

French

We were learning about fashion and learning how to say pieces of clothing in French and designed our own outfit and described them in French.

Geography

In Geography we learnt about mountain ranges and using atlases to locate mountains and marking them with different colored pens and making a key.

Art

In art this week we learnt about Nicholas Roerich and started an information page about him.

English

We did independent writing piece about a video called lizard vs snake.  

Science

In science this week we started learning about genes, and DNA. We also ;earnt about inheritance and that it means what similarities we collect from our parents.

RSHE

We learnt about friendship and bullying. And how we could help our friends about it.
