  • Jubilee Tea Party!

    Fri 27 May 2022

Bramber children and staff had a wonderful afternoon in the sunshine to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. We dressed in red, white and blue and tucked into delicious food and drinks. We took part in a quiz and crown parade and it was so lovely to have all the parents watching too!

Thank you to the amazing Friends of Bramber team who put all of this together. It was amazing to have all the children together again after so long!

  • Year 5/6 Quad Kids

    Thu 19 May 2022

On Thursday afternoon, a group of Year 5 and 6's headed to St Andrews to take part in the Quad kids small schools tournament. They had to compete in the howler throw, long jump, sprint and a 600m run.

Each child was scored individually for every event and their scores were added up to give the school a total. The children showed great resilience and team work to each other throughout the afternoon.

All of the children received a certificate for participation and Elsie Preston secured a Bronze medal for being the third highest scoring girl in the competition.

Well done to all of them.

  • A visit from Worthing Coastal Office!

    Mon 16 May 2022

We were very lucky to have Michelle visit us in assemblies this week. Michelle works at the Worthing Coastal Office and came to speak to us about being safe at the beach.

We learned about how to be safe on our shingle beaches and while we’re in the water or playing in rockpools. We also learned about different types of flags and what they mean if they’re on our beach.

Reception and KS1 classes had excellent ideas about being safe especially while we use scooters on the prom. Well done children for asking good questions and listening to all the important information.
