  • House Success

    This year, Petworth House were our winning house, collecting an impressive 6966 house points over the year.  Well done to everyone in Petworth!  Petworth House Captains received the House Trophy on behalf of all the children.  Well done to all the other houses, who between them collected a huge 18,392 house points this year!

  • Year 5 Bell Tents!

    Year 5 had an amazing time this week. They camped overnight on the school field and had a blast making pendants, turning muddy water into hot chocolate and eating bugs. This was just the tip of the iceberg and it was a truly memorable experience for all. There will be more photographs coming soon on the Year 5 page, but here they are sporting the sun visors they made themselves in DT.  So happy and stylish! Well done Year 5!

  • Treble success for Quad kids

    Last Tuesday it was the turn of years 1 & 2 to compete in the Quad kids competition. the Bramber squad received another Gold medal as well as individual medals for the following children Harrison - Gold, Eddie - Silver, Liepa - Silver and Evie - Bronze. Congratulations to all of our amazing athletes. 

  • Sports Day Successes!

    On Friday 30th June, all children at Bramber took part in Sports Days. With Reception and KS1 completing activities at school and KS2 children and staff attending Worthing College for theirs. 

     

    Thank you to the staff for organising the day, the families for attending and cheering your children on. A huge thank you to Worthing College for allowing the use of your field and facilities even after your term has ended! It meant our sports day for 2023 was a huge success! 

     

    Well done to all the children and to GOODWOOD for their overall victory!

  • 3/3 Quad Kids Victories for Bramber!

    The Year 1 & 2; Year 3 & 4 and Year 5 & 6 each won Quad Kids in July, June and May. This includes children receiving bronze, silver and gold medals for excellent individual achievements

     

    It has been a fantastic year for sport at Bramber thanks to Mrs Duncan and Miss Newman's hard work. We are immensely proud of our children as competitors and athletes. We promote our Bramber values in everything we do and this has helped our pupils to shine.

     

    WELL DONE, TEAM BRAMBER!  

  • Year 2 Legacy Games

    Well done to Chaffinch Class for their efforts at the Year 2 Legacy Games in Durrington. We performed brilliantly and tried our best with all the activities.

  • Quad Kids Years 3 & 4

    On Tuesday 7th June it was the turn of the year 3 and 4 children to compete in the quad kids competition. Bramber came in first place again securing a gold medal as well as three individual medals for the best performing athletes from the team.  

    Both George & Olivia were awarded Bronze medals whilst Chloe was awarded Silver. 

    An amazing team effort as always as well as fantastic team spirit shown by all. 

  • Hedgehog Visit!

    Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 had the most wonderful visitors today: Henry and Harry the hedgehogs with their rescuer Graham. Graham taught the children about hedgehogs lives and how we can look after one if we find a hedgehog in our garden. We learned about what the eat and how they hibernate. 

     

    The children were so well behaved, calm and quiet while the hedgehogs said hello and had great questions to ask.

  • Quad kids years 5 & 6

    Before the May half term 10 children from year 5 & 6 competed across 4 events in the Quad kids competition, these included a howler throw, standing long jump, a 75 meter sprint and a 600 meter long distance run. Team Bramber were awarded a gold medal and as always showed amazing team spirit throughout.

    Elsie also received an additional Gold medal for being the best all round girl athlete.

    A huge achievement, many congratulations to her and of the team. 

  • Year 5 & 6 Netball matches

    On Friday 12th May the year 5 & 6 netball teams took part in matches against West Park & Goring Primary. 

    Both teams played extremely well and showed great team spirit throughout. 

    Year 5 won one match & lost one (by only one point) whilst Year 6 won both of their matches.
