Dance Live!

Our wonderful dancers from Year 5 and 6 took part in the Dance Live! in Portsmouth on Tuesday 7th March.  'Amazing', 'Inspiring' and 'Brilliant' were just some of the words used to describe the day! It was a day full of dancing and finished with a fantastic show where our children performed their Monsters Inc inspired dance.  We were recognised with an award for our lighting design and the staging, performing and choreography were mentioned by the judges.  We would like to say a special thank you to all the adults who made this event possible:  Miss Poole, our dance teacher, Mrs Poole, who made all the wonderful costumes and volunteered all day to help at the event and Mr and Mrs Bates for arranging the loan of a minibus and volunteering to drive the children to Portsmouth.  The children represented Bramber perfectly - they were the trailblazers for our participation in this competition. Well done to all those who took part in our first Dance Live! - we will definitely be back again!
