Is everything on our playground alive?

In science this week, we have been investigating the big question: is everything on our playground alive?

We discussed whether things were living, not-living or have never lived. We went outside and sorted things into the three categories. 

We used our science reasoning skills to explain how we knew something was alive, not alive or had never been alive.

Next week we will be turning our findings into a graph and evaluating what we found out about our local environment.
