This week we have been busy developing our ideas for our Mummy Cat-inspired poetry. We have been carefully choosing nouns, adjectives and expanded noun phrases, ready to apply everything we have practised when we begin drafting.

In History, we became archaeologists and investigated artefacts, thinking about what they can tell us about the past and what people in the future might make of objects from our lives today! In Maths, the children became the teachers, creating their own posters to explain how to use column addition.

We also finished The Egyptian Enchantment, explored different families in RHE and enjoyed another great swimming session.
