WB 12.10

In science, we have been investigating how shadows are formed and exploring what happens when light is blocked by an object.

In maths, we have been learning how to partition three-digit numbers, breaking them down into hundreds, tens and ones to help us understand how numbers are made. In English, we have been exploring clauses and learning more about how sentences are put together.

One of the highlights of our week was Scooterability! The children had lots of fun developing their scootering skills and learning how to use their scooters safely. They showed great enthusiasm as they practised their skills and thought about how to stay safe when scooting.

Next week:

-Using adverbs in English

-10 more/less in maths

-Continuing in learn about Sussex in Geography.
