This week began with an exciting session on “scooterability,” where the children practised riding scooters safely and confidently around the playground. In English, they explored the key features of biographies and became real fact-finders as they learnt about the extraordinary life of David Attenborough in celebration of his 100th birthday. To make the experience even more special, we took our reading outdoors, enjoying the sounds of nature as we shared our new text together in the fresh air.
