What a busy week we have had here in Kingfisher Class!
In Maths this week, we have been continuing our learning of fractions and how to convert and simplify them.
In English, we are looking at the features of persuasive writing.
PE, was a mixture of athletics and Maypole dancing (which the children really enjoyed).
In R.E, the children have been learning about the act of Ahimsa (principle of Non-Violence) in Hinduism. Showing acts of kindness to each other through Comic Strips.
In E4S, we have been discussing different emotions and how they can affect us in different ways.
Science, we have been looking at the life cycle of humans in more detail.
Computing, children have been continuing to make progress in using shapes to create images.
During Geography, the children have been learning about different costal management systems, including hard and soft engineering.
Continuing our Class Read 'Cogheart'
Enterprise: Writing business plans for their own stalls.
Not to forget the fun had at the spring fair!
